Mofoyin Couture et Tissus is a single-brand online store based in Montreal, Quebec. All products sold through this site are our own — we do not operate a third-party vendor marketplace.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@mofoyin.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are set and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Where the site displays an estimated price in another currency for your convenience, the amount actually charged at checkout is always the CAD amount shown in your order summary. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, fabric details, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Product and fabric availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Applicable provincial sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery province, or our home province of Quebec for atelier pickup orders.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom-style orders are made according to the specifications, measurements, and preferences you provide at the time of your quote request. Because these items are made specifically for you, please review your quote and details carefully before confirming. Any changes requested after production has begun may affect pricing or timelines.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not collect or store your payment card or PayPal account credentials — this is handled entirely by PayPal under their own terms and security standards. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

Delivery & Pickup

We offer doorstep delivery (for an additional delivery fee shown at checkout) and free pickup from our Montreal atelier. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, and may vary based on order type, especially for custom/bespoke pieces.

Returns & Refunds

Our specific return, exchange, and refund policy is currently being finalized and will be published here shortly. If you have a concern about an order in the meantime, please contact us directly at support@mofoyin.com and we'll work with you on a resolution.

Push Notifications & Communications

If you opt in to push notifications, we will use them only for order and account-related updates. You can disable them at any time through your browser or device settings.
